The Avenue Lofts
The Avenue lofts is the former Meier & Frank warehouse building that was renovated by Robert Ball in 2004. The building is considered a landmark and provides tax abatement from the state.

The Chawn Pella Lofts
This is historic building and was the first loft conversion in the Pearl. Rough on the outside but it has beautiful interiors with exposed brick and hardwood floors.

The Edge is the most modern looking building in the Pearl and was completed in 2004. It features a massive storefront on the 1st floor with REI as a flagship tenant. The interior is highly modern and sheek.

The Elizabeth
The Elizabeth was completed in early 2005 by the developers of the Gregory and the Edge lofts. The building has ultra high end finishings inside and out and the quality justifies the higher end prices for this building.

One of the first new and high-end lofts to be built in the Pearl district. The units feature 10 ft ceilings, European style cherry caginetry and balconies.
